How missions work
A mission is a small, clearly described study task — “read one lesson and answer one question”, for example. Each mission tells you the objective and the reward before you start it. Finishing missions earns XP and coins, which raise your level and unlock cosmetic items. Nothing is ever paid for, and nothing is timed against you.
Every mode, explained
Snap & Solve
Understand one question you are stuck on.
- Take a photo of the question, or type it in.
- Studiyum reads the text on your device and works through the method.
- Open “Steps” to expand the reasoning, or tap “Explain simpler”.
- Star it to keep it for flashcards and revision.
Practice
Build fluency with questions matched to your level.
- Pick a subject; difficulty adapts to your recent results.
- Answer, then read the worked explanation before moving on.
- Questions you got wrong come back a few days later.
Quizzes
Check what has actually stuck.
- Choose a subject and answer five questions.
- Every answer reveals an explanation immediately.
- Your score feeds the progress dashboard.
Flashcards
Lock in definitions and methods.
- Cards are built from your own saved and starred work.
- Flip the card, then mark “Got it” or “Review”.
- “Review” cards keep returning until you know them.
Squads & Classes
Study with classmates and share homework help.
- Join a squad or class with an invite code.
- Share a solved problem to ask for a second opinion.
- Report anything inappropriate — reports are reviewed.
Study Room
Focused sessions with a timer and your plan for today.
- Pick a focus length and start the session.
- Studiyum shows today's missions beside the timer.
- Finishing a session keeps your streak alive.
Offline and online
Solving, lessons, quizzes, flashcards and your saved history need no connection. Only classmates' chat, leaderboards and cross-device sync need the internet — when you are offline those screens say so plainly and everything you write is queued and sent later.
